Justice Sotomayor Decides Who is the BEST Salsa Dancer

Cubans invented Salsa music.  Dominicans grace the world with Bachata.  Puerto Ricans, well, they've got J-LO.

One thing is for sure however.  Latinos love to dance!  And everyone wants credit for being the BEST dancing group.  Well, Justice Sonia Sotomayor has laid down the rule of law in the issue of who is the best Latino dancing group.

When at her alma mater of Yale she answered like this;

“Among Hispanic men, the best dancers in terms of keeping a beat are Dominicans, the worst are Cubans."
