You Need A License For What?



If cops ever cracked down on this law, half of Brooklyn would be in jail. 

Luckily, this law is not enforced. 

Needing a license to hang your clothes on a clothesline is probably one of the most ridiculous laws there is. 

Many states are currently revoking clothesline bans because what were once considered eyesores are now viewed as eco-friendly.
