There is a court order, court date, and/or agreement concerning my children and/or my property. Then the retainer for your divorce is $2000* plus you must pay fees and costs. are in the Metro NYC area which includes parts of New Jersey. More than an hour’s drive from our Bronx office
will incur an additional charge of $100. Other restrictions may apply. We reserve the right to change these fees
at anytime prior to you signing the retainer. There is a fee of $50 for an in-office consultation which will be
deducted from your retainer if you decide to retain us. Must be paid in full. No checks. Cash or money orders
only. Credit cards accepted only with Paypal. If you do not have an account with Paypal then you must pay with
cash or money order only. Please bring a copy of the marriage certificate or the date and place where married,
the D.O.B, SS #s, health insurance information, and addresses of both spouses.
